Heywood House Hotel, BW Signature Collection Liverpool

The location is perfect, right in the center of town near Liverpool One shopping centre, the docks, bars, restaurants, and railway stations. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the little touches like the DAB radio and snacks in the fridge. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly in helping me plan my activities in Liverpool. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and comfortable stay.

The double room was spacious and nicely decorated with a clean ensuite bathroom offering a bath or shower option. The hotel is located in a quiet side street with a small cafe, bars, and restaurants nearby. The Mersey riverside, with its visitor attractions, is just a few minutes walk away.

We loved staying here! The hotel is right in the middle of everything, perfect for exploring the city and waterfront. The staff were amazing and really helpful, especially with my mum who is in a wheelchair. The room was cozy with all amenities needed, and we especially enjoyed the balcony. The Wi-Fi was super fast too, with no interruptions. The restaurant and lounge area provided good food options, and the bar had a great selection of drinks.

Highly recommended for everyone, we had a great experience here and would definitely come back!

The noise level in our room was unbearable, preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. the bed was smaller than expected, causing discomfort for both me and my partner.

The hotel is ideally located near a shopping centre, making it convenient for guests to access various retail options. it is close to several pubs, providing a vibrant nightlife experience. The hotel's central location allows guests to easily explore the nearby attractions and amenities.

Some guests may find it disappointing that there is no cafe or restaurant within the hotel premises.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a balcony connected to another balcony, which allowed me to make new friends with the neighboring guests. The hotel's central location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Albert Dock and 5 minutes to shopping facilities and numerous restaurants, including some on the same road as the hotel. The staff, especially Jamie at the reception desk, were helpful and provided me with a printed list of recommendations for restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in the city. I even kept the list for my next visit!

Amazing hotel with huge, clean rooms. Excellent facilities and great value for money. Perfect location near Albert Dock and City Centre. Helpful receptionist.
